नवी मुंबईने पाडला स्वेच्छा सीसीटीव्ही कॅमेरा देखरेखीचा नवा पायंडा

नवी मुंबई, (प्रतिनिधी) - सीसीटीव्ही देखरेखीसाठी स्वेच्छेने आचारसंहिता राबविणारे नवी मुंबई हे देशातील पहिलेच शहर ठरले आहे. शहरातील वाढती लोकसंख्या लक्षात घेता संभाव्य गुन्हेगारीला आळा घालण्यासाठी वर्दळीच्या ठिकाणी छुप्या कॅमेऱ्यांद्वारे देखरेख ठेवण्याची आवश्यकता निर्माण झाली आहे. त्यामुळे सिडकोने स्वेच्छा सीसीटीव्ही कॅमेरा देखरेखीची आचारसंहिता तयार केली. सिडको अधिकारकक्षेतील खाजगी तसेच सरकारी आस्थापनांनी या आचारसंहितेला मान्यता दिली आहे. सीसीटीव्ही प्रकल्पासाठी सिडकोने सुकाणू समिती स्थापन केली होती. राज्य शासनाच्या माहिती तंत्रज्ञान विभागाचे प्रधान सचिव श्री. राजेश अग्रवाल हे या समितीचे अध्यक्ष आहेत. प्राइसवॉटरहाऊसकूपर्स हे सिडकोचे या प्रकल्पासाठी सल्लागार आहेत. समितीने नवी मुंबईतील सर्व खाजगी आणि सरकारी संघटना, संस्था आणि कंपन्यांच्या वरिष्ठांशी या संहितेबाबत चर्चा करून ती निश्चित केली. या संहितेनुसार रेल्वे स्थानके, दुकाने, मॉल्स, चित्रपटगृह, हॉटेल्स, धार्मिक स्थळे, शाळा, महाविद्यालये, गृहनिर्माण प्रकल्प, कारखाने, गोदामे अशा विविध सार्वजनिक स्थळी छुपे कॅमेरे बसविण्यात येणार आहेत. ही आचार संहिता नवी मुंबई पोलीस, महाराष्ट्र शासन आणि सिडको यांच्या वेबसाईटवर पहावयास मिळेल. लवकरच नवी मुंबईतील सिडकोच्या अधिकारक्षेत्रात सुमारे 500 सीसीटीव्ही कॅमेरे बसविण्यात येतील. या कॅमेऱ्यांचे चित्रिकरण नवी मुंबई पोलीस मुख्यालयात उपलब्ध राहील.

सिडकोच्या खारघर येथील व्हॅलीशिल्प या नव्या गृहसंकुलाच्या योजनापुस्तिकेची विक्री 16 जानेवारीपासून सुरु

नवी मुंबई (खारघर)दि. १५ - महाराष्ट्रातील रहिवाशांचं घराचं स्वप्न पूर्ण करणारे सिडको पुन्हा एकदा व्हॅलीशिल्प हा भव्य गृहप्रकल्प घेऊन येत आहे. नवी मुंबई, खारघर, सेक्टर 36 मध्ये साकारलेला हा गृहप्रकल्प 16 जानेवारी 2014 पासून लोकांसाठी खुला होत आहे. या प्रकल्पासाठीचे अर्ज 16 जानेवारी ते 5 फेबुवारी 2014 या काळात सकाळी 10.00 ते संध्याकाळी 6.00 या वेळेत तर शनिवारी सकाळी 10.00 ते दुपारी 1.00 वाजेपर्यंत उपलब्ध होतील. रविवार आणि सार्वजनिक सुट्टीच्या दिवशी हे अर्ज उपलब्ध होणार नाहीत. व्हॅलीशिल्पच्या अर्जाची किंमत रुपये 500/- (+ रु. 25/- वॅट) एवढी असेल. हे अर्ज, तळ मजला, सिडको भवन, सी.बी.डी. बेलापूर, नवी मुंबई, तिसरा मजला, पणन विभाग-2, रायगड भवन, सी.बी.डी. बेलापूर, नवी मुंबई, अकरावा मजला, निर्मल, नरिमन पाँईट, मुंबई, टीजेएसबी सहकारी बँकेच्या महाराष्ट्रातील सर्व शाखा या ठिकाणी उपलब्ध होतील. अर्जदारांनी नोंदणी शुल्काच्या रकमेचा सिडको लिमिटेडच्या नावे काढलेला व नवी मुंबई येथे देय असलेल्या डीडी अथवा पे ऑर्डर सहीत अर्ज 20 फेबुवारी 2014 पर्यंत टीजेएसबी सहकारी बँकेच्या महाराष्ट्रातील कोणत्याही शाखेत सादर करावा. कुरीअर अथवा पोस्टाने पाठवलेले अर्ज गाह्य धरले जाणार नाही. या गृहसंकुलासाठी सिडकोने पात्रतेचे काही निकष ठेवले आहेत. अर्जदाराचे कौटुंबिक मासिक उत्पन्न 62,000/- रुपये पर्यंत असेल तर त्यांना मध्यम उत्पन्न गटासाठीच्या सदनिकेसाठी अर्ज करता येईल. उच्च उत्पन्न गटासाठी मासिक उत्पन्नाची मर्यादा नाही. अर्जदार हा महाराष्ट्र राज्याचा कमीतकमी 15 वर्षांचा रहिवासी असावा, तसेच अर्जदाराचे किंवा त्याच्या कुटुंबियांपैकी कोणाचेही नवी मुंबईत घर नसावे. शासनाच्या आरक्षण धोरणानुसार या गृहसंकुलात विविध प्रवर्गांसाठी काही सदनिका राखीव असतील. त्याचबरोबर सिडको यावेळी प्रथमच विशेष प्रवर्गांसाठी राखीव कोट्यातील काही सदनिका उपलब्ध करुन देणार आहेत. त्यात महाराष्ट्र विधानसभा/परिषदचे विद्यमान सदस्य, नवी मुंबईतले पत्रकार तसेच नवी मुंबईतील प्रकल्पग्रस्त यांचा समावेश आहे. व्हॅलीशिल्प हे 6.45 हेक्टरच्या विस्तीर्ण भूखंडावर साकारण्यात आलेलं निसर्गाच्या सान्निध्यातलं आणि आधुनिक सोयीसुविधांनीयुक्त असं भव्य गृहसंकुल आहे. यात मध्यम आणि उच्च उत्पन्न गटासाठी मिळून एकूण 1224 सदनिका आहेत. मध्यम उत्पन्न गटासाठी 802 सदनिका उपलब्ध आहेत. या सदनिकांचे बांधीव क्षेत्रफळ 1015.42 + 55.58 चौ.फू. (ड्राय बाल्कनी) तर चटई क्षेत्रफळ 609 + 45.19 चौ.फू. (ड्राय बाल्कनी) तर चटई क्षेत्रफळ 1024.56 + 58.18 चौ.फू. Thousands of school students to attempt to create a Guinness World Record

Vashi (Navi Mumbai), June 12: The Fortis Foundation in association with the Navi Mumbai District Lions International, Fortis Hiranandani Hospital, Vashi, Navi Mumbai Association of Paediatrics and Indian Association of Occupational Health, Thane and Raigad branch have joined hands to launch an impactful series of community campaign - Clean Hands To Save Life ™ that endeavours at highlighting the need and importance of hand hygiene in maintaining good health.

According to India’s public health association statistics only 30 percent of Indian population wash their hands before preparing food, 38 percent wash their hands before eating and just over 53 percent of the country’s population wash their hands after defecating.

Large sections of the country’s population have the ‘misconception’ that they do not need to wash their hands which apparently look clean and will not make them sick.  Proper hand hygiene practice can keep deadly diseases like typhoid, diarrhoea and hepatitis-A at bay. 

Children being more susceptible to these diseases need to be imparted the importance of hand hygiene.

The Clean Hands To Save Life ™ is a tailor made far-reaching, one of its kind SIX STEPS OF HAND WASH campaign.

The Clean Hands To Save Life ™ campaign is an attempt to create a platform to tutor students, teachers and the community as a whole.

The three-phase campaign will include drives to train teachers and school kids, corporate employees along with a public campaign which will be kick-started in its first phase from June 13, 2012.

Public contact programmes will be held at Vashi railway station on June 14 and 15, 2012. The corporate contact programmes for creating an awareness of hand hygiene among parents will be conducted across 100+ corporate entities from June 15 to September 30, 2012.

The awareness drive in the various schools across Navi Mumbai will be conducted from June 18 to 21.

The second phase of the Clean Hands To Save Life ™ campaign will focus on making a lasting impact  of the campaign on the parents and the kids by making an attempt to create a Guinness World Record™, by recording ‘the highest number of school kids simultaneously participating in a hand hygiene session’. The students will be from schools all over Navi Mumbai.

The grand record breaking event will be held at Centre One Mall, Vashi on June 22 at noon. To witness this record breaking attempt will be B B Nayak, a multiple Guinness World Record™ and music maestro Shankar Mahadevan among others.

In the third phase of the Clean Hands To Save Life ™ campaign, emphasis will be to sustain the campaign in each school with 25 refresher sessions through July 2012 to March 2013.

Seven brand ambassadors selected from across the school and social spectrum will be the mainstay of the campaign. These student brand ambassadors will be the torchbearers of the hand hygiene campaign.

Speaking on the occasion Fortis Healthcare, Zonal Director, Mumbai, Mr. Manpreet Sohal said, “Clean Hands To Save Life ™ campaign is a community initiative of immense social impact. Partnering with likeminded social organizations gives the campaign better reach and earnestness. The campaign has been devised keeping in mind the need to create lasting impact in minds of students and their parents.”

“We plan to cover over 50 schools during the campaign and impact over 50,000 households. I am sure every parent will now onwards take extreme care of their kids hand hygiene and help them stay away from dreaded diseases like Hepatitis-A, Typhoid and Diarrhea,” Mr. Sohal added.

SRI GURU GRANTH SAHIB’S INSTALLATION CERMONY

21st May 2012. :- The installation ceremony of “Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji” at the New Gurudwara Sri Guru Singh Sabha (Regd.), Kharghar, Navi MUmbai was performed at the hands of “Baba Nariender Singh Ji, Head of Langer Saheb Nanded (Mukhee)” on 20th May 2012 (Sunday) with great religious fervor and dedication. According to the “Sikh Mariyada” Bawa Nariender Singh Ji recited the “first hukamnama” from Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji to the assemble Sadh Sangat. On this occasion, Baba Nariender Singh Ji, explained in depth the historical back ground of compilation of “Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji by the Guru Arjun Dev Ji”, Its installation at Sri Harmandir Sahib, Amritsar (Punjab) and “THE GURU MANYO GRANTH DICTATE” issued by “Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji, 10th Guru of the Sikhs in 1707 A. D. at Nanded Sahib (Maharashtra)”. He further exhorted the assembled Sadh Sangat to religiously follow the ideals of the Gurus as enshrined in “Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji”.

“Punj Piaras” and sewadars carrying Nishaan Saheb, who led the “Nagar Kirtan” carrying “Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji” were honored at the hands of Baba Nariender Singh Ji. Shri Mehar Singh Randhawa, President of Gurudwara Guru Nanak Darbar, Airoli, Navi Mumbai and General Secretary, Supreme Council Navi Mumbai Grurudwaras paid his obeisance to Baba Nariender Singh Ji on behalf of the Sikh Sadh Sangat of Navi Mumbai. Sh. Sardara Singh Malhotra, President of Gurudwara Sri Guru Singh Sabha (Regd.), Kharghar felicitated the distinguished Sikh personalities for their contribution made towards the successful organization of the installation ceremony.

On this occasion, “Gurbani kirtand and Gurbani katha” was performed by the prominent Raagis which continued till 02.30 P. M. As usual, “Guru-Ka-Langar” was served one and all participating in the installation ceremony. Earlier, “Vishal Nagar Kirtan”, comprising of all the Gurudwaras of Navi Mumbai and Sikh Sadh Sangat was organized which started from the existing Gurudwara Sector–12, Kharghar to the New Gurudwara Plot No. 8, Sector – 22, Kharghar with great enthusiasm. Various “Sikh Martial Arts” was performed en-route to the best interest of the viewers. The procession reached the new Gurudwara Sahib at 10.30 A. M. Nearly Ten thousands of “Sikh Sadh Sangat” comprising of men, women and children, attired in colorful dresses, made the occasion a truly rich and colorful sikh traditions.

Gurudwara Sri Gruru Singh Sabha (Regd.), Kharghar, Navi Mumbai located at Plot No. 8, Sector – 22, Opposite the famous Central Park and adjoining to the most modern “Golf Club” of Navi Mumbai is being built on 1500 Square meter area enjoys added advantages on account of its prominent location. As explained by President, Sh. Saradara Singh Malhotra, the Gurudwara on its completion will have ground plus three floors. Gurudwara’s campus is being provided a land escapic view developed under and horticultural guidance. Additionally 10 rooms are being specially provided to accommodate various schemes being implemented by the Gurudwara Parbandhak Committee. This includes, computer classes, gurmat classes and well contained rooms to be provided to the Cancer patients relatives. “Gurudwara Sri Guru Singh Sabha (Regd.), Kharghar and its Management Committee attaches an utmost importance in providing social services to the poor and needy according to the sikh tenant”, Sh. Malhotra concluded. Shri Balwant Singh Sheera, a puran Gur-Sikh and well informed personality in Sikhs conducted the whole installation ceremony function in a reverent way.

खारघर, द्रोणागिरी व उलवे परिसरात १२ व १३ मार्च रोजी पाणीपुरवठा बंद

नवी मुंबई, ता. १०- सिडकोतर्फे हेटवणे धरणातून खारघर, द्रोणागिरी व उलवे परिसरात पाणीपुरवठा करण्यात येतो. हेटवणे धरणाच्या मुख्य जलवाहिनीच्या दुरुस्तीच्या कामासाठी येत्या १२ व १३ मार्चला वरील नोडमध्ये पाणीपुरवठा बंद राहील. नागरिकांनी पाण्याचा पुरेसा साठा करण्याबाबत आवाहन करण्यात आले आहे.

१२ व १३ मार्चला सकाळी नऊपासून (९.००) हेटवणे धरणाच्या मुख्य जलवाहिनीच्या दुरुस्तीचे काम हाती घेण्यात येईल. हे काम दुसर्‍या दिवशी म्हणजेच १३ मार्च दुपारी ३.०० पर्यंत चालणार असल्यामुळे सिडको क्षेत्रातील खारघर, द्रोणागिरी व उलवे परिसरात या कालावधीत पाणीपुरवठा पूर्णपणे बंद राहणार आहे. तसेच पुढील दोन दिवस कमी दाबाने पाणीपुरवठा होणार असल्यामुळे नागरिकांनी पुरेसा साठा करण्याचे आवाहन करण्यात आले आहे.

सिडकोची ऍम्नेस्टी योजना ७ जुलैपासून कार्यान्वित

मुंबई, ता. ४ - सिडकोने नवी मुंबईमध्ये बांधलेल्या सदनिका/दुकाने/कार्यालयांचे केवळ करारनामा व कुलमुखत्यारपत्राच्या (पॉवर ऑफ अटर्नी) आधारे सिडकोच्या परवानगीशिवाय करण्यात आलेले हस्तांतरण नियमाधीन करण्यासाठी आखलेली ऍम्नेस्टी योजना ७ जुलैपासून कार्यान्वित करण्यात येणार आहे. सिडको संचालक मंडळाच्या बैठकीत यापूर्वीच या योजनेच्या अंमलबजावणीचा निर्णय झाला आहे. योजनेसाठी आवश्यक असलेले प्रशिक्षण कर्मचार्‍यांना देण्यात येत आहे.
